To do this, we need help from smart, gritty, outside-the-box thinkers (like you!) to keep innovating and moving forward.We are looking for the right individual with a positive attitude that can adapt quickly to a fast-paced and technology driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage your knowledge of commercial insurance to effectively manage client accounts and address their inquiries related to our platform, carriers, and wholesalersWork with different carrier/wholesaler documents, adapting to their unique styles and habitsUtilize advanced Agency Management System (AMS) navigation experience (Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.) to manage client accounts and insurance policies effectivelyEnhanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Collaborate with team members, adapting quickly to new situations and demonstrating a team-player attitudeEfficiently manage time and workflows to ensure tasks are completed promptly and accuratelyQualificationsMust have an active P&C licenseThree or more years prior experience in account management, customer success, or a related role (or) currently employed at Layr for the past six months and in good standingKnowledge of commercial insurance and experience working with carriers and wholesalers in the excess marketFamiliarity with advanced AMS navigation (Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.)Familiar with Microsoft 365This remote position involves extensive communication with colleagues using Microsoft 365. The candidate must have a quiet and private location to work from and fast Internet (200 Mb to 1 Gb) for seamless, fluid communications.
