Join our dynamic, Nasdaq-listed group company in the heart of Shibuya, Tokyo, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance!Why Join Us?•Accelerate Your Career: Immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment where you'll gain invaluable experience with IFRS, US-SOX, and PCAOB standards.•Make a Real Impact: Contribute directly to monthly and annual closing processes, financial reporting, and the overall financial success of a leading fintech innovator.•Competitive Compensation & Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥10,000,000 per year.Performance-based bonuses (up to 2 times per year).Flexible hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.•Be Part of the Future: Engage with the exciting world of crypto-assets, NFTs, and Web3 technologies.Your Responsibilities:•Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries and payment processing.•Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.•Prepare and analyze financial statements and disclosures in accordance with relevant standards.•Support internal and external audits, as well as tax-related activities.•Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing expert accounting guidance.•Apply IFRS principles, navigate PCAOB audits, and contribute to internal control (US-SOX) compliance.What We're Looking For:•3+ years of progressive accounting experience.•Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.•Proficiency in accounting software (experience with freee is a plus).•Experience preparing financial disclosures for listed companies (preferred).•Familiarity with IFRS standards (preferred).•Business-level English communication skills (preferred).•Relevant accounting certifications (USCPA, Bookkeeping 1st grade, etc.) are highly valued.•Genuine interest in the evolving landscape of crypto-assets, NFTs, and Web3.•Strong team player, excellent communication skills, adaptable, eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
