Ready to bring order to the numbers? We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Accounts Receivable / Data Entry Support specialist to join our remote team. If spreadsheets are your playground and reconciling numbers is your thing, this role will give you the chance to shine. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring financial transactions, commissions, and job costs are on point—all while supporting a fast-paced home service company from the comfort of your home.
Enter and process invoices and payments using QuickBooks Desktop and ServiceTitan
Validate and maintain accuracy of data across ServiceTitan, Excel, and accounting platforms
Reconcile job costing reports, commissions, and payroll entries
Support accounts receivable operations with clear, timely, and accurate data
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice or PO discrepancies

Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, ServiceTitan, and Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of accounts receivable, invoice processing, and job costing
Precision and consistency in data entry and validation
Familiarity with payroll and commission tracking
Strong grasp of basic accounting principles
Preferred (but not required):
Background in AR/AP within HVAC, plumbing, or other skilled trades
Experience with purchase orders and field service workflows
