Job Description

As a Marketing Manager on Wix Studio, you'll drive growth among digital marketing, web, and creative agencies in Japan. You'll shape strategies, build partnerships, and develop a strong local community of professionals. In this role, you’ll align with the global marketing direction while owning Japan-specific strategies to drive success among local partners.

• Shape and execute growth strategies tailored to Japan’s marketing agency and partner ecosystem
• Generate new leads and build strong relationships with advertising, web, and creative agencies 
• Plan and implement structured onboarding programs that enable agencies to succeed with Wix Studio 
• Foster agency connections by leading events, workshops, and online initiatives 
• Work closely with the Japan marketing team, and collaborate with the sales, product, design, comms, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment of campaigns and messaging

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner or agency marketing, or related fields (SaaS, digital platforms, creative industries) 
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English 
• Proven experience developing and executing growth or go-to-market strategies in Japan 
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, particularly with advertising, web, or creative agencies 
• A strong team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, and a growth mindset with the ability to learn from others
• Marketing experience with agencies – an advantage 
• Public speaking or event presentation experience – an advantage
