About the Role:
A global mobility innovator is seeking a highly analytical and proactive FP&A Specialist to join its dynamic finance team. This role plays a critical part in driving strategic decision-making through financial insights, planning, and performance analysis across regional and global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in budget tracking, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting
Support data collection and preparation of financial presentations
Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, and documentation
Maintain and organize financial records and team documentation
Liaise with internal departments for expense tracking and approvals

Ideal Candidate:

2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP experience is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Good communication skills in English; Japanese proficiency preferred
Team player with a proactive and flexible mindset
