Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This full-time role focuses on providing clinical oversight and ensuring consistency and fidelity of behavioral services across multiple classrooms within our school district. The BCBA will play a vital role in supporting student success by collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight and support for behavior services in assigned classrooms.
Review and analyze student, classroom, building, and district-wide data, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
Deliver quarterly data reviews to key stakeholders, highlighting success stories and offering actionable recommendations.
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring quality implementation of behavioral interventions.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive, evidence-based behavioral outcomes.
Qualifications:
Current Board Certification as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Experience working within school settings preferred.
Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Proven ability to supervise and support RBTs effectively.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
