Job Description

A specialized opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support within an elementary school setting on an itinerant basis in Brockton, MA. This contract position spans the full school year and offers a unique chance to collaborate with educators in delivering individualized behavioral interventions and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to implement and monitor behavior strategies
• Provide direct student support as well as consultative services to school staff and families
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress and adjust plans accordingly
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making processes

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Experience working with elementary-aged students in school or clinical settings
• Ability to work independently and manage itinerant schedule effectively
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with school-based intervention programs and compliance requirements
