We are looking for a skilled and proactive Bilingual (French) Talent Acquisition specialist to join our clients team. In this role, you will oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, manage high-volume requisitions, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates. Your ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional service will be key to fostering a positive hiring experience and enhancing our organizational culture.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for diverse roles across client groups.
• Handle 15-20 job requisitions simultaneously, ranging from entry-level to mid-senior positions.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media channels.
• Build partnerships with educational institutions and healthcare associations to enhance company branding and visibility.
• Organize and participate in job fairs to support co-op student recruitment initiatives.
• Promote and manage the internal Employee Referral Program, including monthly communications to employees.
• Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and offer negotiations in collaboration with third-party vendors.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to support talent strategies and organizational decisions.
• Present recruitment updates and metrics to senior management, HR advisors, and the Recruitment Manager.
• Foster a positive candidate experience by delivering excellent customer service and promoting an inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruitment.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy sectors.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a MUST HAVE.
• Proven track record of direct sourcing and successful recruiting outcomes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage high-volume workloads effectively.
• Experience collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Workday, Microsoft Office Suite, and web-based applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion while influencing hiring decisions.
