Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available in a PreK-12 district located in Douglas, GA. This contracted role offers a schedule between 37.5 to 40 hours per week with opportunities for flexible scheduling. The position focuses on supporting schools from early childhood through high school by providing expert Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral needs.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and support to teachers and staff in implementing ABA strategies within the classroom setting.
• Collaborate with educational teams to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Experience working in K-12 educational environments preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA methodologies and strong skills in conducting FBAs.
• Ability to train and collaborate effectively with educators and school personnel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
