  • Support the Design & Construction team in maintaining accurate project documentation including RFIs, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
  • Participate in regular site visits to track work against project scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Keep projects organized and on track using Procore, MS Projects, and Asana.
  • Work closely with our in-house design team to ensure brand integrity and operational needs are built into every detail.

About You

  • 3-5 years of experience in construction coordination or project administration, ideally in commercial hospitality or high-end retail/wellness projects.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to keep multiple priorities moving under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Projects and Aana preferred.
  • Familiarity with budgets, schedules, and construction documentation.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Based in Toronto with the ability to attend on-site and in-office meetings downtown.

Compensation And Benefits

  • $30-$50 per hour, based on experience
  • 20 hours per week to start, with expectation that hours will increase to 30-40 hours as construction progresses
  • Project is based in Yorkville, downtown Toronto
