We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Content Designer to join a Big 5 banking client. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging and intuitive customer experiences for a digital platform. You will collaborate closely with various product partners, designers, researchers and other content designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality and accessible content. The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with different product partners and designers across various portfolios, ensuring organized and cohesive content development.
• Engage with stakeholders and the development team to gain feedback on content.
• Participate actively in content and design sprints, bringing innovation and creativity to the forefront of all projects.
• Work alongside UX Researchers to enhance user experience through data-driven insights.
• Manage the tracking of content updates efficiently while overseeing backlog management for submitted contents.

Must-Haves

• 2-3 years of experience in Content Design
• Figma
• Agile experience, specifically working with technical stakeholders
• Strong sense of collaboration with various stakeholder groups and ability to adapt to various working style
• Strong communicator, dependable, and a go-getter who can work with stakeholders to drive clarity about user needs and business objectives, advance our design practice, and advocates for the user
