Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current manufacturing processes within the facility to identify areas for operational improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and measure outcomes
• Develop and deliver training materials related to process improvement initiatives
• Lead workshops, team meetings, and coaching sessions to embed a culture of continuous improvement
• Use data-driven insights to support Lean initiatives and cost reduction strategies

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a continuous improvement or process optimization role
• Experience working in a plant or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt level or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience developing training materials or delivering process improvement education
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
