【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for organizing the data held by various departments and business divisions within the company and for enabling business contributions through data analysis and data utilization.
In addition, you will also be expected to provide technical support to businesses and projects that do not have dedicated data engineers, such as startups and back-office functions.
*Please note that dedicated data teams within each business division handle the company's main services. The data group within the Development Headquarters has the primary mission of sharing knowledge regarding company-wide data utilization and supporting departments without data teams or new businesses.

・Building, operating, and maintaining data analysis infrastructure.
・Implementing and operating ETL processing and KPI aggregation systems.
・Designing and building data warehouses.
・Building KPI aggregations and dashboards.
・Providing development and operational support while collaborating with various departments and business divisions.

【Role / Mission】
The Data Group provides support in the field of data to each business division and the entire company. Its mission is to conduct data analysis and other activities through knowledge sharing and support for business divisions, thereby contributing to business growth.

Currently, the data group has 3 members involved in building the data infrastructure and data science. As it is a small and elite organization, it is an environment where you can be involved in a wide range of tasks.

スキル・資格

【Required】
・Experience in building and operating data infrastructure for consumer-facing (toC) services.
・System development experience using cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
・Data processing experience using SQL, Python, etc.
・High awareness of data security and personal information protection.

【Preferred】
・Knowledge and experience in data quality management and data catalog/metadata management.
・Experience in data analysis and visualization using SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
・Interest in structured data management knowledge such as DAMA-DMBOK2 and experience in applying it to practical work.
