Description:
To provide oversight and strategic direction to the BHM Operational Improvements and Analytics, Capacity Management, and House Administrator departments. Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and implements all functions of the various departments. Within the Operational Improvements and Analytics department, provide expert project management and consultative support to BHM departments. Ensures PI activities and data needs for strategic initiatives are available to BHM senior leaders for high-level decision making. Ensures department resources are appropriately allocated in support of strategic initiatives. Within Capacity Management, responsible for developing and implementing BHM's strategy to ensure effective flow and throughput. Key objective is the development of the BHM Control Center. Ensures regular reviews of BHM performance to identify areas of improvement and makes recommendations to senior leadership regarding LOS opportunities, efficiency improvements, and service timing. Overall, responsible for initiating operational improvements and developing new solutions to meet business objectives. This position will drive service changes resulting in the successful evolution of the hospital's operations.

Qualifications:

Degrees:

• Bachelor's degree required.

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong advisory, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to lead a team of individuals with varied technical and managerial backgrounds.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or Prosci certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience in data management and report generation.
• Experience leading project management teams.
• Expert data analysis skills with a proven track record in performance improvement.
