This department supports business success by providing technical support, development, and analysis for startups and cross-group projects that the company is focusing on in its business domains.
Main Business Domains
・Internet infrastructure business (domain, cloud, settlement, EC)
・Internet advertising and media business (SSP, DSP)
・Internet finance business (securities, banking) and virtual currency business (exchange, mining)
The company constantly researches and develops the latest technologies and is quick to introduce them into the business, leading to results.
Depending on your experience and strengths, you may be assigned to one of the following projects
◆Development of systems that require scalability and low latency
You will develop a system that handles large scale traffic within the company's group.
Development of platform infrastructure that links multiple services of the company's group. This includes speeding up and stabilizing services using container technology and cloud infrastructure.
Develop DSP (Demand-Side Platform) that optimizes cost-effectiveness for advertisers in RTB (Real-Time Bidding) of Internet advertising.
◆Development of start-up businesses
For the growth of newly launched businesses, you will develop them at a rapid pace, making full use of cloud services, etc. If necessary, you will also develop mobile apps.
A fintech service that buys freelancers' invoices (accounts receivable). You will work to develop new functions so that more freelancers can use this service, which has a high repeat rate.
A service for smartphones that can automatically connect to free WiFi. In addition to smartphone app-related systems, you will also support the development of management screens and API systems for stores that install WiFi and for linking with advertising services.
◆Verification and application of new specialized technologies
You will investigate and verify new specialized technologies that are difficult for individual operating companies to work on, and apply them to the services.
Projects utilizing blockchain related to the issuance of NFTs and stable coins. You will catch up with technological areas that are evolving on a daily basis and identify the most appropriate methods.
In addition to the above, new projects are launched on an irregular basis, and you may be assigned to a project depending on your suitability.
Since the business areas are diverse and the technologies and processes used are also varied, you will be able to experience many projects and developments according to your own motivation.
【R&D Work】
・Each member will research and explore the technology areas that are relevant to his/her own business and business use, and publish the results on the engineers' blog every quarter.
・Members appointed on a quarterly basis will focus on R&D and present the results at the end of the quarter in a presentation meeting. Research themes are focused on new technology areas that are expected to be applied to business in the next few years, such as Blockchain and xR, or trending technologies that should be kept in mind for the Internet service business.
【Attractiveness of the Position】
As a department under the direct control of the group CTO, the selection and architecture of technologies are left to the site, so you will be able to verify and introduce cutting-edge technologies on your own.
Since all services are in-house, you will be able to work together with the business unit from planning to post-release improvement cycles, with a focus on development, and aim for the No. 1 service.

スキル・資格
【Required】
■3+ years of experience developing and operating web applications in a team environment
■Willingness to proactively catch up with the latest technologies and continue to output
■Experience in making technical proposals to solve problems
■Basic knowledge of web application vulnerabilities
【Preferred】■Experience in selecting OSS and designing and building architectures that meet requirements
■Experience in developing web and native applications for smartphones
■Experience in proposing and proactively implementing improvements to development processes
■Experience in verifying and evaluating new technologies and introducing them into services
■Experience contributing to the growth of products and services
■Experience designing and developing systems that accept thousands of requests per second or more
