We currently have career opportunities for Event Security in the Tri-Cities area.

As an Event Security Officer, you will work a variety of exciting events, including fairs, rodeos, concerts, weddings, quinceañeras, and more. Our team ensures the safety and enjoyment of guests, staff, and performers at venues across the Central Washington/Oregon area.

Duties:

  • Manage access control at event venues

  • Perform crowd management to maintain safe environments

  • Check IDs for age verification or access credentials

  • Conduct foot or vehicle patrols of event grounds

  • Monitor for suspicious behavior or safety hazards

  • Respond to incidents swiftly and professionally

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff

  • Be available for standard region security needs as necessary

  • Perform other duties as assigned

You will receive excellent advanced security training in the following areas:

  • Crowd Management Techniques

  • Emergency Response and Evacuation Procedures

  • De-Escalation

  • OC Foam

  • Use of Restraints

  • AVADE Defensive Tactics Training

  • Taser and Firearms (as applicable)

You Provide:

  • Genuine desire and interest in event security and customer service

  • No felonies or job-related misdemeanors

  • Verifiable employment background

  • Ability to stand and remain alert for extended periods

  • Reliable transportation

  • Basic computer skills

  • Great communication/writing skills

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Must be able to obtain WA and OR state security licenses

  • Flexible working schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

  • 18 years of age or older (21 for armed positions)

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing

Starting Wage:

$18.00 - $22.00 DOE (Depending on Experience)

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma GED

Certification Requirements (All)

Valid State Drivers License
