業務内容
・Facilitate monthly and annual closing activities, including the preparation of financial reports and analytical materials・Support budget planning and develop materials for budget-related meetings・Perform preliminary financial analyses and provide actionable recommendations for improvement・Oversee standard cost management and assist in cost optimization initiatives・Ensure compliance with local Japanese regulations and internal guidelines from the German headquarters, including Income ・・Statement standards・Contribute to various cross-functional projects and initiatives・Support management accounting functions for one of the pharmaceutical businesses

求められる経験
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and/or budgeting (controlling experience preferred)
Possess Bookkeeping Level 2 certification (Nissho Boki) or equivalent accounting skills
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English
