The GBPCRRW Coordinator supports and facilitates the Grey Bruce Primary Care Recruitment, Retention, and Wellness Collaborative (GBPCRRWC). This role works closely with the GBOHT Primary Care Network and GBPCRRWC members, providing support, coordination, and planning for collaborative activities, initiatives, and subcommittees, driving efforts to attract, retain and promote wellness of primary care providers in the Grey Bruce region.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in healthcare environment, primary care experience considered an asset.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Knowledge of committee process and procedures.
• Knowledge of Grey Bruce OHT and Primary Care Networks.
• Strong desire to work collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to handle multiple demands accurately.
• Knowledge of and adherence to Brightshores CARE Behaviours and LEAD Competencies.
