求められる経験
■Requirements
・Minimum of 5 years of experience as an accounting manager in a banking institution (both foreign and domestic bank experience preferred).
・Strong knowledge of Japan GAAP and IFRS accounting treatments, with a focus on financial products.
・Experience handling regulatory requests and working with accounting auditors.
・Proficiency in IT systems, including accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
・Excellent people management skills and the ability to work independently when required.
・Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
・CPA, tax accountant, or Nissho Bookkeeping Level 1 or 2 certification is preferred.
