The Role

• Establish and record financial transactions, manage account records, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Verify, allocate, and post transactions to maintain accurate account management.
• Reconcile entries and balance accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare trial balances, adjust journal entries, and maintain the general ledger.
• Organize and file documents to preserve historical records accurately.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize account information to prepare financial reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local legal requirements, submit necessary reports, and advise management on compliance matters.
• Provide accurate and high-quality financial and management reports to corporate and business leaders.
• Maintain compliance and governance of financial and business processes at all times.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, insurers, and other key external stakeholders.
• Support external audits to ensure a clean audit result.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and operational efficiency.
