Join a global luxury retail brand as an IT Assistant, providing hands-on support for end-users and IT systems. This role offers the chance to work on diverse IT projects while gaining exposure international environment.

Description

Provide day-to-day IT support to end users, ensuring smooth operations across retail stores and office environments.
*

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating to vendors when necessary.
*

Support IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
*

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology support for business operations.
*

Maintain IT documentation, track incidents, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Profile

*

Strong experience in IT support and infrastructure management, ideally in a corporate or retail environment with around 100 users.
*

Proficient in troubleshooting PC/Mac, mobile devices (iOS/Android), Microsoft 365, VPN, MDM (Intune), and Active Directory.
*

Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Windows OS, security software, endpoint protection, and email systems.
*

Experience in IT procurement, vendor coordination, and managing IT documentation.
*

Excellent communication skills in Japanese; English is a plus.
*

Highly committed to user support, proactive, and able to work independently.
*

Team-oriented with a global mindset and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
