Salary: $68.50 per hour (contractors must be incorporated)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Manager to support multiple IT projects with the Region. This role plays a critical part in driving change adoption and ensuring the successful realization of business benefits for a portfolio of technology modernization projects. The Change Management Manager will work closely with IT Project Managers and key stakeholders at the Region to develop and execute robust change management strategies across multiple streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end change management activities .
  • Develop and execute change management strategy, plans, and schedules .
  • Conduct stakeholder identification and analysis , change readiness assessments, and impact analyses.
  • Design and implement communication plans, training programs, and champion involvement strategies .
  • Deliver change management support:
  • Business Application Repository modernization
  • DomDoc to SharePoint migration
  • Salesforce Shield implementation
  • GeoWare Weigh Scale System Upgrade
  • Grievance Tracking System implementation
  • Intelex Information Management tool implementation
  • SAP Post-implementation Hypercare
  • ServiceNow ITSM and AI implementations
  • iPaaS – MuleSoft integration
  • Microsoft Co-Pilot and AI platform adoption
  • Council Chambers Technology Upgrade
  • EAM/Maximo Phase 2 and 3 implementations
  • Public Works Capital Project Management tool implementation
  • Change management strategy, plans and schedule (change readiness and impact assessments; stakeholder identification and analysis; communications plans; training plans)

Mandatory Qualifications & Certifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading change management on medium to large projects.
  • Certified Change Management Professional® (CCMP®) and/or Prosci Change Management
  • Certification (proof of certification required with application submission) .
  • Education in change management methodology with demonstrated application.
  • Experience with both Agile and traditional project methodologies .
  • Proven track record in IT project environments with examples of change adoption success.

Nice-to-Have

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, or related field.
  • Project management.
