The Role
The project manager will be responsible for leading projects as a project manager for infrastructure construction projects for clients in the financial sector.
The projects range from maintenance and renewal of existing systems to strategic projects that support clients' transformation by introducing advanced technologies. The project manager will be in charge of a single project or program management to manage multiple projects in an integrated manner.
Candidate projects may include the following
- Large-scale projects involving the relocation of multiple systems to data centers
- Projects to promote system operation transformation by applying advanced operation and operation automation technologies
- Infrastructure construction projects to support the review of customer business system solutions
- Cloud infrastructure construction projects
The project will be led from the planning and requirements definition phase to the full project lifecycle of design, construction, testing, and migration.
The project leader will be responsible for the project plan and documentation to ensure efficient and high quality project execution. You will also communicate with the client on the content of the plan and the status of its implementation based on the plan.
The project manager serves as an integrated point of contact with the client, partners, and all stakeholders, supporting all parties involved.

Required technical and professional experience
- Project management skills and management experience in construction projects
- Experience with basic project planning documents (project management plan, test plan, migration plan, etc.)
- Basic IT knowledge (architecture)
- Organization and planning skills
- Fluency in Japanese (written and oral, or other relevant language as needed)
Preferred technical and professional experience
- MS Project or other project management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience building and operating systems in a Cloud environment
