Job Description

Position Summary:

Sales Manager  is responsible for driving growth across our retail boutiques and partner accounts and optimizing the integration across all sales channels. This role leads strategic planning, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a consistent and high-performing customer experience

Activities:

• Develop and execute sale growth strategies for both retail boutiques and partner retail stores and omni channels

• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to optimize strategies accordingly
• Analyze sales performance data to identify key drivers and opportunities to boost performance
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
• Conduct regular business meetings with partners company owners and store managers to review performance and align on key objectives

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, merchandising, customer service etc.) to ensure consistent execution of product launches, campaigns and channel operations

• Lead cross functional projects and execution of joint initiatives and in-store campaigns to drive revenue and improve customer experience across all touchpoints

• Ensure compliance with brand standards and brand visual merchandising guidelines in all stores

• Execute business development and commercial related projects

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the high-end retail industry (luxury jewelry and watch is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to analyze business data and translate insights into actions
• Self-motivated, proactiveness, results-driven, and proactive in cross-functional environments
• In-depth understanding of omni-channel sales and customer journey optimization
• Solid local network with key agencies within luxury market in Japan
• Proficient in systems and reporting tools
• Japanese native (or business level)
• English fluency required (Written and spoken)
