Job Title: Lab Technologist

Contract Duration: 08/25/2025 to 12/31/2025

Job Summary: Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technologist responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, and ensuring the quality and compliance of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on samples.
• Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Document and maintain accurate records of test results and procedures.
• Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory methods and procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in laboratory technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tests and recording results.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.

Additional Details: Support lab operation, safety and environmental systems; support stakeholders on projects, R&D, and operations optimization; carry out routine and non-routine lab testing and data entry for Operations, MARP, EPAP, Compliance, Regulatory, Production Accounting, Reservoir, and Sales Oil.
