Job Summary
We are looking for a technically skilled and motivated Lead Endpoint Cyber Security Engineer, to join our Security Infrastructure Engineering team. In this hands-on technical role, you will play a critical part in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of endpoint security capabilities across the enterprise. You’ll join a growing team of cybersecurity professionals dedicated to protecting critical infrastructure and advancing security observability across the environment. What will you do?
Provide technical leadership in the engineering, automation, and integration of enterprise endpoint security solutions.
Enhance observability and visibility across endpoint security tools and platforms to improve threat detection and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (e.g., identity, network, infrastructure, cloud) and external vendors to implement and support scalable, resilient solutions.
Contribute to the automation and packaging of client deployments using scripting and modern DevOps practices.
Lead solution design and implementation initiatives, emphasizing efficiency, reliability, and security best practices.
Drive root cause analysis , vulnerability remediation, and continuous improvement efforts for supported tools.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for endpoint security controls, supporting the ongoing maturity of RBC’s security posture.
What do you need to succeed? Must-have:
5+ years of proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade endpoint security solutions in a large-scale environment.
Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar).
Deep technical knowledge of at least two endpoint security or infrastructure protection tools (e.g., Data activity monitoring, endpoint privilege management, digital forensics solutions, etc.)
Hands-on experience with one or more: Imperva DAM, BeyondTrust EPM, and/or EnCase
Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams and external vendors.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
Ability to take initiative, drive outcomes, and challenge the status quo to improve security capabilities.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with endpoint observability and/or telemetry pipelines.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments.
Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, GCED, GCIH) are a plus, but not required
