● Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
● Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
● Experience in market research and analysis

● Experience in marketing team management
● Fluency in Japanese and English
● Communication and negotiation with US and Singapore headquarters
