Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in North Scottsdale. This role is the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional, friendly, and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have strong phone, scheduling, and computer skills, along with the ability to coordinate with nail technicians to keep the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phones, manage scheduling, and handle client inquiries
Perform data entry and basic computer tasks as needed
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficient in phone etiquette, scheduling, and computer applications
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in English and Vietnamese preferred but not required
