About the company:Join a leading provider of scaffolding solutions, recognized for its commitment to safety, quality, and innovation. The company is expanding rapidly and is seeking a skilled CFO to lead its financial strategy and support business growth.Key Responsibilities:Financial Strategy: Develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals.Revenue & Expense Management: Ensure compliance with accounting policies and maintain accurate financial reporting.Budgeting & Financial Planning: Oversee budgeting and forecasting, identifying opportunities for growth.Reporting & Compliance: Prepare financial reports for stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.M&A Leadership: Lead the acquisition process for smaller companies, managing integration and value realization.Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing finance team.Qualifications:Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA/CPA preferred).Experience as a CFO or in senior financial roles, ideally within the construction industry.Expertise in M&A activities and financial reporting.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Application Process:Initial screening (15 min)1st interview: Business case & culture fit (60 min)2nd interview: Technical & culture fit (60 min)3rd interview: Culture fit (30 min)4th interview: CEO culture fit (30 min)Final in-person interview (if necessary)Please send us your aplication and we will contact you as soon as possible,
