We are looking for an experienced Online Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing Google Ads campaigns, social media advertising, and SEO strategies to maximize online visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Create and monitor social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop and implement SEO strategies (keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, and content creation)
• Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and content strategies
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Work closely with the team to align marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Google Ads, social media advertising, and SEO
• Google Ads certification is a big plus
• Strong analytical skills, experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Ability to create compelling ad creatives and persuasive copy
• Bilingual (French & English) - must be able to read and write in both languages
• Strong communication and time management skills

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
