Oracle CX Cloud Solutions Architect
Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle CX Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Oracle CX solutions. This hybrid role requires a combination of technical expertise and functional knowledge to support sales performance management initiatives for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement Oracle CX solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand sales incentive requirements
Translate business needs into scalable solution architectures
Lead end-to-end solution delivery – from requirements gathering to go-live
Ensure data integrity, integration with other systems (CRM, ERP), and reporting accuracy
Provide guidance to technical and functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
Support UAT, training, and post-implementation stabilization
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in Oracle CX Cloud
Strong understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Compensation Design
Experience with integration to Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, CRM)
Hands-on expertise in plan design, crediting, calculation, and payout processes
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional onsite presence in Toronto Canada
