Part Time Medical Receptionist Location Markham, ON :

PinPoint Health is a leading healthcare group located within the GTA and we are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist for our Markham location!

Applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a busy and growing multidisciplinary clinic servicing the people of Markham with physical therapy, chiropractic, naturopathic and massage therapy services.

Responsibilities:

· Greet patients, staff, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

· Manage high volume of incoming and outgoing telephone calls as well as fax and email

· Scan documents and sort incoming mail

· Reception for all health care practitioners (chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists and naturopath)

· Operate computer software to access electronic medical records and schedules

· Operate point of sale transaction terminal for accepting credit and debit payments

· Ensure patient confidentiality

· Ensure accounting accuracy and cheque printing. Inform patients of service cost and guide them to appropriate resources for further information or assistance

· Maintain cleanliness of front desk area and clinic areas.

Salary: Negotiable

Tuesday (4-7); Saturday (8-12); flexible for all other days and during the day.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.55 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
