Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the full product life cycle, from conception through development and deployment
• Analyze and report on product performance throughout its lifecycle to identify areas for improvement
• Participate in the product development life cycle, from concept, design, testing, and production deployment
• Assist in maintaining awareness and understanding of customer and market needs
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to refine problem statements and use cases
• Support sales and other teams by providing relevant product information and expertise
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of product engineering experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or e-commerce
• A proven track record of contributing to successful third-party integrations
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and their documentation
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams to scope and deliver technical solutions
• Experience collaborating with external partners on technical integrations
• Experience contributing to the go-to-market process for new products, including working with marketing and sales
• Adept at working in agile methodologies, partnering with Product Design and Engineering in fast iteration cycles
• A proven record using data to inform technical decision-making and measure impact

Preferred:

• Experience working in the digital/mobile wallet or payments space is a strong plus
• Experience working in B2B/B2C / dual-sided platforms and marketplaces is a strong plus
