With a focus on innovation and creativity, they value professionals who are passionate about their craft and dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences.■Summary of the PositionAs a Product Manager for Makeup, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reviewing new and existing product launches, as well as driving sales growth through national and regional promotions. You will play a key role in accelerating omni-channel sales, particularly in focus channels such as e-commerce, and organizing makeup events. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to create strategic product portfolios and lead the development and implementation of annual marketing calendars.■Key Responsibilities・Plan and execute both operational and strategic product launches・Prepare marketing documents, including product concepts and launch strategies・Develop short- and long-term product strategies・Design and implement national and local promotion programs・Analyze competitor activities and report findings to the head office・Create marketing materials, support digital and PR activities・Ensure stable product supply in coordination with supply chain teams・Manage the A&P budget and support sales activities through regular POS visits■DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES・Product Management Group Manager of the company・Product Manager, or relevant Manager of other company within the group#LI-Hybrid

求められる経験
■JOB REQUIREMENTS
・Experience: Experience in cosmetics market (makeup category) preferable
・Language: Fluent in English (TOEIC 850 equivalent) required for both writing and speaking fluent Japanese
・PC Skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
・Personality : passionate about the company brand, Cosmetics, active, creative, flexible, structured, responsible, opened mind, well organized,
digital savvy, curious of trend, good teamwork, enjoys working in a fast moving market, challenging, optimistic
