The Role

• Product Strategy and Vision Development: Develop a comprehensive roadmap for the next three years of our CRM strategy to drive long-term growth.

• Delivery Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams-including UX, backend/frontend development, and QA-and oversee the entire process from discovery to MVP and global release. Responsible for backlog management and setting and tracking OKRs.
• Guest and Hotel Insights Analysis: Conduct user interviews, cohort analysis, and Jobs-to-be-Done research to gather insights, translating findings into clear product requirements.
• Data and Experimentation: Manage KPIs, build dashboards, and execute A/B tests (covering acquisition, redemption UX, tier triggers, etc.) to promote data-driven improvements.
• Points Economy and Compliance Management: Model points damage and responsibility scope, ensure revenue recognition based on IFRS-15, and develop and implement fraud prevention measures.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with hotel brands, channel managers, payment partners, and accounting teams to align APIs, SLAs, and joint marketing initiatives.
• Thought Leadership: Drive best practices in loyalty programs, mentor junior Product Managers, and foster a product-led culture within the organization.
