The position
As a Production OT Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digitalisation agenda at our Koriyama Factory. Your responsibilities will include:

• Act as a key point of contact for Future FP initiatives, bridging local management, global teams, and the Koriyama Factory Line of Business (LoB).
• Design and update the digitalization roadmap for the Koriyama Factory to align with global IT and digitalization strategies.
• Identify business needs and translate them into digital solutions, prioritizing initiatives based on local requirements.
• Lead multiple digitalization projects, overseeing planning, change management, execution, and post-implementation follow-ups while engaging stakeholders.
• Collaborate with QA on digitalization efforts, conduct IT risk assessments, investigate digital tools for production, and support global IT systems like Tulip and POINT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, Mathematics, Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Production, Manufacturing, or Operations environment, focusing on process improvements or change management of related systems/OT.
• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.
• Previous experience or a strong interest in digitalization, and familiarity with pharmaceutical processes or other regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment in a proactive, autonomous, and professional manner.
