We are currently seeking a Client Services Associate I, PCS to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Client Services Associate I, PCS at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.

• Collaborating with clients to understand project specifications and requirements.

• Providing comprehensive support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensuring seamless communication and coordination between internal teams and clients.

• Assisting in the development and execution of project plans and strategies.

• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in client services, project management, or a related role is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
