役割

各生産エリアにおける品質管理を担当し、品質スペシャリストを募集しています。

Your role

We are looking for a  Quality Specialist who will be responsible for quality control in each production area.

主な職務内容 :

• 生産工程全体における不良率を削減。
• 他部門のリーダーおよび社内関連チームメンバーと共同して、品質の向上、維持に努める。
• QC管理システムの開発やサポート。
• 納品された部材の品質を管理、場合によってはサプライヤーと連携し品質改善を行う。
• 社内とグループ内のエンジニアリングやそのほかの関連チームメンバーと緊密に連携し、フレームの品質を確保する。
• 品質管理の改善/アクションプランの策定。

Main responsibilities: 

• Reducing the defect rate in the whole production processes.
• Acting to improve/keep our frame quality with collaborating with other function leaders.
• Develop/support QC management system in the company.
• Liaise with suppliers to manage their quality of output.
• Works closely with all the associates to ensure the quality of frame. 
• Work out improvements/action plan for pass yield increase.

主な採用要件

• 工学または関連分野の学士号以上の取得者。
• 製品およびプロセスに関する技術的知識。
• SAP ERPシステムに精通していれば尚可。
• 問題解決能力、積極性、正確性。
• ビジネス英語と日本語（JLPN1）での効果的なコミュニケーション能力強力な調整能力。　

Main requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or relevant field.
• Technical Knowledge of Product and Process.
• Familiar with SAP ERP System as a plus.
• Problem-solving skills, proactive and precise.
• English Business skills and Japanese (JLPN1) good communication and coordination skills.
