The Role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage the full cycle of sourcing and assigning engineers to projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and assign engineers based on skills, availability, and career goals.
• Collaborate with sales teams and project managers for timely support.
• Handle contract negotiations and maintain relationships with engineers and clients.
• Provide improvement suggestions and support project closures.
• Analyze market trends to optimize resource planning.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset and teamwork-oriented approach.
