About The Role Our talent is our product. Customers choose Fractional AI because we offer elite engineering expertise to build tailored gen AI solutions. As our first Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be the most prominent ambassador for Fractional AI as we build our most critical asset, our team. You’ll facilitate a delightful candidate experience while driving an efficient recruiting process. What you’ll do: Be the first point of contact for candidates and create a welcoming, thoughtful, and efficient experience throughout the recruiting process Coordinate interviews, manage communication, and ensure seamless scheduling for both candidates and interviewers Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) with up-to-date candidate data and pipeline visibility Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes moving quickly and smoothly Help build and continuously improve an inclusive, white-glove, AI-native recruiting experience What you bring to the table: Experience in recruiting coordination or any field that requires attention to detail, quick thinking, and exceptional communication - this is a great role to break into tech!
