We are seeking an accomplished Manufacturing Manager to lead our CNC machining operations at our 120,000 sq. ft. advanced manufacturing facility in Toronto. This is more than a supervisory role, it’s a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on driving performance, building high-functioning teams, and delivering complex machined components to some of the most demanding industries in the world.
Your Mission
As the Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations of our machining department. You’ll ensure precision, from scheduling to execution, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability. You’ll collaborate across departments, guide your team’s development, and implement processes that make our operations stronger, leaner, and more effective.
