Restoration Laborer Location Kamloops, BC V1S 1L8 :

ServiceMaster of Kamloops provides full-service disaster restoration services to Kamloops and surrounding areas. We employ technicians with industry-specific training and expertise to respond quickly to any emergency day or night. We are growing and want you to join our team!

This role requires regular use of PPE including full face respirators and Tyvek suits. The successful applicant must be willing to be clean shaven and fit tested.

We are looking for long term, career-oriented team members who want to grow with our company. The working environment is fast paced and can be both physically and mentally demanding. Candidates must have steel toed boots and must be able to stand, kneel, carry up to 50 pounds, and lift for lengths of time.

Primary Job Duties include:

• Attending urgent/emergency call outs during and after regular business hours
• Removing affected building materials - flooring, drywall, ceilings, interior and exterior
• Setting up containment areas for demolition
• General demolition and debris removal
• Documenting claim restoration and reporting back to the office
• Working safely at all times within WCB safety guidelines and regulations
• Customer Service
• General organization and cleaning

Qualifications and Skills

No experience is necessary, but we will require the following:

• Driver's License
• Great Customer Service
• Strong Work Ethic
• Attention to Detail
• You must be able to pass a criminal record check, be reliable and have a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
