At ECC we design, inspect, implement and maintain Erosion Control measures to support environmental protection and to help our clients’ avoid regulatory non-compliance scenarios. ECC is currently looking for an experienced Safety and HR Manager to join our growing Calgary operations.

Duties and responsibilities
A passionate professional advocate for both safety and people, with experience in Human Resource Management and Safety Coordination.
Ideally, holds a National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification or equivalent.
Someone that holds a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) designation at minimum
Someone that has experience with heavy equipment/earth works and working in Construction
A proactive problem-solver who can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
Someone who knows that a little fun goes a long way in keeping spirits high and morale soaring!
Skills And Qualifications - Experience with Civil construction and earthworks.
- Excellence in building rapport and creating a team environment where all those with project responsibilities work well together
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization by ensuring daily job allocation
- Ability to determine potential risks while devising proactive ways to solve them
- Valid class 5 Drivers license with a clean abstract
