Job Description:

• Develop and implement SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions for data analytics and reporting utilizing best-practice development techniques to ensure high-quality and efficient solutions for our clients.
• Collaborate with clients, in Japanese, to understand their data analytics requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Act as a liaison between clients in Japan and offshore delivery teams in India, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Participate in large digital or ERP transformation projects, managing data analytics components across multiple geographies.
• Design and develop data models, stories, and dashboards in SAC.
• Perform data integration and data preparation tasks to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Conduct testing and validation of SAC solutions to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Act as the SAC subject matter expert, providing technical support and troubleshooting for SAC-related issues on the project but also within the team mentoring other more junior developers

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and its components.
• Experience with data modeling, data integration, and data preparation in SAC.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analytics.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard development.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (N2 or above in Japanese) with proven experience working in a bilingual environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with other SAP tools such as SAP BW, SAP HANA, or SAP S/4HANA.
• IT Consulting background with experience interacting with clients directly.
• Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate)
