We are looking for a reliable and friendly Office Assistant to join our school team This role supports the front office and helps with daily tasks to ensure smooth and efficient school operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist with daily office tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and maintain student files (both paper and digital).
- Ensure records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to authorized staff.
- Work closely with the administrative team on school-wide activities.
- Support meetings, events, and projects that reflect the school's mission and values.
- Help with entering and organizing information for reports and internal use.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- Strong English communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to multitask and work well as part of a team
- Prior office or school experience is a plus
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
