About The Role

In the role of Senior Manager of Digital Strategy and Integration, you will play a crucial part in advancing Taco Bell's digital agenda across marketing and consumer experiences, focusing on sales growth through digital channels. Your creativity and strategic insight will contribute to pioneering digital programs that engage our fans.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy and Integration, you'll collaborate closely with marketing teams and platform leaders to align strategic initiatives with execution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies in line with business objectives for specific pillars (e.g., Cantina, Crispy Chicken, Brand, CEPs).
  • Act as the primary digital counterpart to Brand and Product Marketing leaders, participating in key meetings such as weekly updates, leadership reviews, and creative evaluations.
  • Oversee full digital campaign execution, including briefing, creative review, and deployment across channels such as CRM, Web, App, Kiosk, and Digital Innovation.
  • Lead the ideation of digital-first campaigns, ensuring that creative content aligns with brand standards and resonates with consumers.
  • Integrate digital strategies across multiple touchpoints by leveraging research, competitive insights, and market trends to drive planning and innovation.
  • Maintain and manage inputs into the digital marketing calendar, contributing to FRANMAC and RIT efforts, and analyzing campaign outcomes to improve future performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; a Master's Degree is preferable.
  • 6+ years of marketing experience, emphasizing digital marketing, strategy, and integration.
  • Proven track record in campaign management and strategic development, ideally within multi-channel retail, QSR, or franchised environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital channels including CRM, Loyalty, and Delivery.
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and collaboration skills within a matrixed organization.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Salary Range: $107,800 to $138,000 annually, inclusive of bonus eligibility and equity (when applicable), along with an extensive benefits package.
