ABOUT THE ROLE

As Petite Keeps Social Media Coordinator, youll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. This is an execution-first position focused on content creation, editing, scheduling, and publishing supporting the broader social strategy led by your manager.

Youll be responsible for capturing behind-the-scenes content on-site at our St. Louis warehouse, editing social-first videos and photos, writing on-brand captions, and ensuring content is posted consistently and on time using our scheduling platform. You should be deeply in tune with social trends, sounds, and formats and driven to help us grow reach, engagement, and performance across all platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks in captions , thrives on storytelling through short-form content, and gets excited about optimizing for growth week over week. Youll be expected to hit weekly, monthly, and annual social goals, support the marketing team in launches and campaigns, and bring a creative, detail-oriented eye to everything you do.

In addition to digital execution, youll also support occasional in-person community initiatives, such as pop-ups and events. When these moments arise, youll assist your manager by ensuring supplies are packed, shipped, and readyhelping make each activation run smoothly from the ground up.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and schedule Petite Keeps organic social content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Create, publish, and optimize a variety of engaging content formats including Reels, Stories, Carousels, and TikToks that authentically reflect our brand and resonate with our audience
• Foster community growth by actively engaging with followers, responding thoughtfully to DMs and comments, and sourcing on-brand user-generated content opportunities
• Partner with the marketing team to amplify product launches, promotions, and campaigns through strategic and cohesive social media coverage
• Lead hands-on content creation during product development, photoshoots, warehouse visits, and select brand events
• Analyze content performance regularly identify whats working, pivot quickly from whats not, and continuously refine based on insights
• Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates, applying them in ways that feel uniquely Petite Keep
• Consistently striving to create content with high virality potential, always thinking creatively and strategically
• Overseeing the organization, storage, and accessibility of all content and creative assets
• Collaborate closely with our graphic designer and customer experience teams to maintain a consistent, polished, and elevated brand voice
• Support Petite Keep social events and our PK Roadshow own and maintain the Roadshow Kit while assisting our Community Manager and team with on-site execution

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing and growing organic social channels
• A strong portfolio of high-performing, engaging content especially Reels and TikToks youve ideated, created and published
• Graphic design and editing skills (Canva, Capcut or similar tools)
• A refined visual eye and a natural instinct for what makes content feel elevated, personal, and scroll-stopping
• Confident and natural speaking on camera
• A strong communicator and creative storyteller with the ability to stay on brand
• Analytical, organized, and data-driven you enjoy tracking performance and using insights to refine content strategy
• Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus
