Job Description: Social Media Specialist at NDZ Performance NDZ Performance is seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist with strong graphic design and video editing abilities to drive audience growth and engagement across our social media platforms: Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who can create engaging, platform-specific content efficiently while navigating the unique advertising policies and regulations associated with the firearm and tactical gear industry. Primary Responsibilities: Content Planning & Execution: Develop and manage content calendars, utilize graphic templates, and employ Adobe Creative Cloud skills to produce high-quality visuals and videos. Community Engagement & Management: Interact with the community, promote user-generated content, and monitor sentiment to ensure positive engagement and compliance. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with media, marketplace, and laser teams to produce assets aligned with marketing goals and expand content variety. Compliance with Advertising Policies: Understand and adhere to platform regulations, regularly review updates, and ensure all content is compliant. Data Analysis & Strategy: Track performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and report insights to refine strategies. Platform Expertise & Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on platform changes and trends, integrating new formats to maintain relevance and engagement. Required Experience & Skills: 1-3 years in social media management, preferably in e-commerce or regulated industries like firearms or tactical gear. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and experience with templates. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. Ability to navigate and prioritize compliance with industry-specific advertising policies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
