• We are the Japanese subsidiary of a global manufacturing group with operations in more than 20 countries and headquarters in Europe. We are engaged in manufacturing that pursues cutting-edge technology and safety. The Japanese subsidiary is in a growth phase and is looking for a new accounting member to strengthen its organizational structure.

The Role

• You will be required to carry out accounting practices, mainly financial accounting, in cooperation with existing members of the team while utilizing SAP.
• Monthly and annual closing of accounts
• Tax reporting including corporate tax and consumption tax
• Financial reporting to European headquarters and Asian regional headquarters
• Credit and debt management
• Audit corporation support
• Journal entry, preparation and analysis of reports using Excel

Y our Skills

• 5 years of experience in accounting
• Experience in tax filing
• Accounting knowledge equivalent to or above Japanese commercial bookkeeping level 2
• Elementary level or above English language skills (email, reading and writing)
