Responsibilities

• Conduct FSTD type rating, recurrent, recency training, and ground school sessions in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Accurately complete and submit detailed assessments and reports via the electronic reporting system
• Recommend additional or remedial training for pilots not meeting performance standards
• Provide feedback to training management on potential enhancements in training efficiency, safety, and instructional methods
• Contribute to ad hoc projects, course development, and other training-related initiatives

Required profile:

Requirements

• Hold or have held a CPL Commercial Pilot License MPL Multicrew Pilot License or ATPL Airline Transport Pilot License
• Minimum 12 months experience as an active instructor or examiner
• Minimum 1500 hours flight time as a pilot on multipilot airplane
• Advanced communication and leadership skills

Emirates is looking for Synthetic Flight Instructors (SFI) - Boeing to join its pilot training team at the industry-leading Emirates Training College.

Operating from our world-class training college in Dubai, Synthetic Flight Instructors are an integral part of the pilot training team. This position is responsible for delivering training using Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD) and conducting ground school instruction in accordance with GCAA regulations and Emirates’ standards, using state-of-the-art simulators replicating the flying experience of our Boeing 777, Airbus A350, and signature Airbus A380 aircraft.

This role includes in-simulator and on-ground instruction, lesson preparation, pre-and post-flight briefings, report writing and assessments.
